Growing up as a competitive gymnast has helped shape her lifelong drive towards health, fitness and overall wellness.
She continues her endless studies in the art of movement, as well as her practices of yoga, partner acrobatics, aerials, and as a backcountry mountain athlete.

With extensive training at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA she has a complex understanding of connective tissue, functional movement patterns, and muscular imbalances. Her presence and attention help to create a space for self-inquiry and connection to our innate ability to heal from within
